• • Orders placed constitute an offer; contract forms only upon our written order confirmation.

• • We reserve the right to cancel/refuse orders due to unavailability or errors.

• If there is a pricing or stock error after order confirmation, you will be notified and refunded.

5. Prices and Payment

• • All prices are in Euros (€), include 24% VAT (as of July 2025), and payment is due at checkout.

• Secure payment gateways are used.

6. Delivery and Shipping

• • Delivery areas and times posted on our Website.

• • Estimated times are best efforts—delivery is within a maximum of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Risk transfers to you on delivery—accurate address is your responsibility.

• All invoices are issued electronically, unless otherwise requested.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

• • For standard physical products, you can cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving the product (cooling-off period), provided:

    • • Written notice (email sufficient) given within 14 days.

• • Exceptions: No withdrawal or return for custom, build-to-order, customer-specific products unless faulty/not as described; no right for digital content that has started to download, or for sealed goods unsealed after delivery (e.g., hygiene items).

• • Returning items: You bear return shipping except when faulty or not as ordered.

• Refunds for eligible products are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

• • We comply with Estonian and EU consumer rights and warranty law.

• • Faulty/not as described products: contact us for replacement, repair, or refund.

• • Regular wear & tear/misuse not covered.

• • For complaints, contact us at we@freyaframes.eu. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.

• If unresolved, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

10. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

• If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (info@ttja.ee) or the EU ODR platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

• • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages.

• Our liability does not exceed the product’s purchase price.
